We Guarantee our corals to Arrive Alive. You must be available to RECEIVE your package(s) and SIGN for on the FIRST delivery attempt.  If not, our Arrive Alive Guarantee is void.  This Guarantee is extended for 48 hours from the time of signing for your package. North Texas Coral cannot be responsible for rtn or death that occurs beyond the 48 hours.

In the unfortunate event your corals arrives dead, please make sure to follow our DOA (Dead on Arrival) policies to ensure a replacement and/or credit for your order.  

  • You must contact North Texas Coral by phone or email within 2 hours of signing for your package.

  • You will need to provide clear and legible photograph(s) of the deceased coral(s) inside the bag(s). Do not photograph under blue or actinic lighting. Only 1 photo per coral is required.

  • You will need to provide clear and legible photograph(s) of the deceased coral(s) outside of the bag(s). Do not photograph under blue or actinic lighting. Only 1 photo per coral is required.

  • If there are multiple DOA’s, you will also need to provide a clear and legible photograph of all deceased corals in one group shot.

Once we receive your photographs for review we will schedule a replacement shipment or add a credit to your account. We cannot guarantee a replica replacement. We do not give refunds. Shipping fees are not covered for replacement shipments.    

Local Pickup is WYSIWYG no refunds, if you have issues with the health of the coral in 48hrs contact North Texas Coral to discuss water parameters, and any other possible issues.  If we are unable to keep the piece alive, we will discuss replacement, or store credit.  We want you to be successful with your coral, but can not control all elements of everyone's tanks, please remember corals can morph or change based on lighting and tank parameters, we are dealing with living animals that have a mind of their own...
